WORKFORCE TALENT 2020
Thanks to a $350,000 grant from BB&T and Lancaster County Community Foundation, the Lancaster County Career & Technology Foundation is launching Workforce Talent 2020. The new program will invest in training local adult students in filling in-demand highly skilled jobs in the electromechanical and welding fields.

The Lancaster County Career & Technology Foundation encourages area businesses to join the dynamic Workforce Talent 2020 team as an Investment Partner. Investment Partners will:
- Determine Workforce Talent 2020 targets and strategies
- Develop priorities for training
- Gain exclusive access to top graduates
